Sartell JO Volleyball exists to provide opportunities for all young women in the Sartell area to learn, grow, and thrive through the sport of volleyball. Whether playing competitively or casually, our program is dedicated to building skills, fostering teamwork, and inspiring a lifelong love of the game—all in a fun, supportive, and empowering environment.

Season Highlights

• Practice T-Shirts: Every Sartell JO Volleyball player will receive a practice shirt this season.
• Superfan Design Contest
  • Submit an original, fun, and creative design for our 2025/2026 Super Fan shirts!
  • Deadline: October 10, 2025
  • Voting: During evaluations in November
• Dibs Requirement (Tournament Teams): Each family must complete 2 hours of dibs for the season or choose the $200 buyout option during registration. (Unfulfilled dibs = increased fee & ineligibility for next season until fulfilled.)

12U Programming (Grades 5-6)

League

• $275 Early Bird | $325 after Sep. 30
• Evaluations: Mon, Nov. 3 & Thurs, Nov. 6 | 6–8pm | Sartell Community Center
• Teams: Divided into “A” and “B” League, equal skill-level teams within each
• Schedule: Practices Thursdays | Games Mondays
• T-shirt uniforms provided
• Partner clubs: Sauk Rapids and St. Cloud

Tournament Team

• $500 Early Bird | $575 after Sep. 30
• Evaluations: Same as League
• Practices: Mondays & Thursdays
• 5–6 tournaments
• Jerseys (white & blue) provided for new players; replacements available for purchase
• Limited teams—if not placed, players move to League with adjusted fee or may opt out

13–14U Programming (Grades 7–8)

Tournament Teams

• $500 Early Bird | $575 after Sep. 30
• Evaluations: Mon, Nov. 10 & Thurs, Nov. 13 | 5:30–7:15pm | Sartell Community Center
• Teams: 13U, 13/14U, or 14U (based on turnout/skill; not all levels guaranteed)
• Practices: Mondays & Thursdays
• 5–6 tournaments
• NEW: Top Middle School Team qualifies for Nationals in Florida (optional; extra cost; roster may be supplemented)
• Jerseys: White & blue provided for new players

15–18U Programming (Grades 9–12)

High School League (NEW!)

• $100 Early Bird | $175 after Sep. 30
• Evaluations: Nov. 10 & 13 | 7:15–9pm | Sartell Community Center
• Equal teams (no skill divisions)
• No coaches, but Open Gym opportunities
• Partner clubs: Sauk Rapids & St. Cloud

Tournament Teams (Grades 9–11)

• $500 Early Bird | $575 after Sep. 30
• Evaluations: Same as HS League (Nov. 10 & 13 | 7:15–9pm)
• Teams: 15U, 15/16U, 16U, 16/17U, 17U, 17/18U (not all levels guaranteed)
• Practices: Mondays & Thursdays
• 5–6 tournaments
• NEW: Top High School Team to Nationals in Florida (optional; extra cost; roster may be supplemented)
• Jerseys: White & blue provided for new players
• Limited teams—if not placed, players move to League with adjusted fee or may opt out

Evaluations

• Independent evaluators (not coaching the assessed age group)
• Outside evaluators with strong volleyball knowledge included
• Day 1: Skill assessment | Day 2: Gameplay evaluation
• Attendance at both days expected (best placement possible if one is missed)
• Teams formed immediately after assessments | Notifications sent via email
• Note: School placement ≠ JO placement (and vice versa)
